Experience the ambience enjoyed by Jane Austin, William Beckford and Horatio Nelson and stay at Circusview (18 Russel Street) in Central Bath in a breathtakingly restored Georgian house overlooking The Assembly Rooms and The Circus.  Situated in the heart of the city, the house is close to the Roman Baths, the Abbey and the new Spa plus all of the other city centre shopping and leisure attractions that make Bath the ideal short stay destination.

All of the houses internal features have been lovingly restored providing modern facilities within a truly classical Georgian building.

Circus View-The Main House (sleeps 10 + 2 on sofa bed)                                          
 

Two sets of massive double doors lead from the welcoming first floor landing into a splendid bespoke kitchen dining room on one side and into the magnificant drawing room on the other. This room is 24x17feet (7.5 x5.5m), with 3 windows directly facing south over the Assembly Rooms and a fourth window facing the Circus.

Three individually decorated bedrooms on the second floor are fitted with two double and two twin beds.

In addition there is a bathroom, shower, wc and laundry on the second floor.

The third floor, with unique views over the Georgian rooftops to the countryside beyond, contains one double and a twin bedroom, sitting room, kitchen/dining, and bathroom.

Circusview Courtyard Apartment-sleeps 5                                                       

The Courtyard Apartment has its own entrance and is surrounded by a courtyard perfect for alfresco entertaining.  Sunlight pours through the south facing windows into the historically fascinating reception room which measures 24x17feet (7.5 x5.5m).  There is a double and a twin bedroom plus a single bedroom in the fully restored vaults.  There is a separate kitchen and dining area and an internal store for storing bicycles and buggies.

Booking
Firm bookings should be made with Circusview on the Booking Application Form and accompanied by either the deposit or, if booking less than 2 calendar months in advance, by payment in full. A full payment will be treated as both an initial and balance payment in the system outlined below.

Initial Payment
A deposit of 20% of the hire charge is required before a booking can be accepted. This should be made by cheque or credit card and will be refunded if the accommodation is not available.

Balance Payment
On receipt of your completed booking form and deposit or full payment, we shall send you an invoice/receipt for the balance and confirm your booking. Any balance is payable two calendar months before your holiday. On receipt of your final or full payment, we shall send you details on how to get to your holiday house and the welcoming arrangements.

Arrival and Departure
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, unless agreed otherwise. The accommodation must not be entered before 1600 hours on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 1000 hours on the day of departure.

Cancellations
Once a booking has been confirmed a contract has been made; the deposit cannot be refunded thereafter, and the balance of the hire is due not less than two months before the start of the let. However, if written notice of cancellation is received Circusview will attempt to re-let the accommodation, although no guarantee of successful re-letting is given. In the event of re-letting taking place the deposit only will be retained and any balance will be returned to the hirer.

Pets
No dogs or other pets are allowed.

Smoking
No smoking is allowed on the premises.

Responsibilities of Hirer
The accommodation must not be sub-let or occupied by more people than is stated on the booking form. The accommodation must be left clean and tidy and Circuview reserves the right to charge for any additional cleaning required. The hirer is responsible during the period of hire for any losses or damages to furniture, fittings or structure, or any other property of Circus View, whether caused willfully or not. Any such loss or damage must be repaired, replaced or paid for by the hirer to the satisfaction of Circus View. In the event of any damage occurring please notify the Office (Tel 0207 352 6058) immediately.
